Please note that altough they have consolegrab in their T&C's, the site has NOTHING to do with us whatsoever.

They have simply copied our T&C's and also our Data Protection details.

Yeah, I suppose it's quite flattering.

I've tried everything at freeclickz and they all bounce. Managed to find another email for them - we'll see what they say.

Personally, I'd stay well clear of em.

Hi Folks :: sorry only just been told about this site ~ First let me introduce myself. My names Stewart, 26 from Stoke-on-Trent the owner of freeclickz. I'd like to apologise to the owner of the Grab network for pinching their TOS :: unfortunatly as you will all know you can't stop a good thing from getting out... Freeclickz opened unofficially on Friday (wasn't due to open until next Friday due to small things not being complete. i.e the TOS agreement) but it got posted on a load of websites & needed to cover myself.
I'm in the process of completly re writting the TOS but thought I'd pop in & say hi so that if anyone has any question I can answer straight away.

Call me mean or whatever - but why have a site on the Internet you dont want people to see until launch date? Surely a simple password on the index page would have precented people finding the site and start using it?

As for the exuse on stealing other peoples content - there is no excuse for that.

If grab paid a solicitor to get the terms and conditions drafted are you willing to pay his bill? Bet not!

Not a good start is it!?

Too true :: i do understand your doubt & wasn't exactly how I intended to launch ~ Unfortunately it was at the stage that I was testing to make sure it worked before it went live & how ppl learned about it I have no idea (im not even on google yet its that new). The TOS that was used was only ever ment to be temporary & promise will be taken off in the next 2 hours with a public apology made to the Grab network of our forum ~ Is there anything else I can do to at least get ppl to give me chance to prove myself?
