Just registered xbox-360-elite.com & .co.uk, awaiting confirmation i got them quick enough. Fingers crossed I can get a site up with in the next week or so and start gaining refs.

true, but google and other search engines give sites a better ranking for having keywords in the name. so someone searching for "xbox 360 elite" would have 3 keywords all in my site url thus giving it a fighting chance of getting high up amongst the search results.

People getting on a website explaining how to get (any) console for free might still be interested and follow links for freebies.

Besides, it is likely that freebie websites are going to add it at some point on their list if the console arrives in Europe. Then people with such domains will make good use of them.

If you don't buy a domain now you'll never get a good one. I tend to buy ones with the product name and 'free' in it. Also I don't buy anything but .com or .co.uk.

A lot of people looking for an xbox 360 elite could have their attention turned by a free HDTV with which they could play their xbox 360 elite upon. Also the 360 elite will be out over here at some point so it will serve it's purpose then. But to be honest my main thought was to get traffic to my site.

Microsoft gave the Xbox 360 a release date in American for April 29 retailing at $480.
They said it will be here in the UK "soon".
Should be roughly £240 here in the UK but we'll probably get ripped off to about £280.
So a price drop for the Xbox 360 Premium should be happening pretty soon.
