| Re: Laptop help!Laptops have dropped in price big time....My best best is to check out some refurbished stores in some student uni areas - or check out Micro Mart (or summat - can be found in newsagents). If you are willing to take the slow performance, go for it  |

| Re: Laptop help!Do any of the freebie sites do Laptops? The reason I ask is that my Dell Latitude hasn't joined in with the Xmas spirit. Well, more accurately, it couldn't withstand a slight injury caused by my good lady - came in drunk from office party....laptop on floor.... You know the rest, the result being a smashed screen  Not quite so bad since it only cost me £75 as a throw away from work but still need to replace it.
