While i wait for one gift can i sign up to another site for another gift, or even the same site for another gift?

you can sign up to another site if it is on a different network, e.g you can do both giveaway and freepay.

If you mean the same network, like 360consolegiveaway and ipodsgiveaway, I think you can, but I'm not too sure. You can't re-register on the same site. Maybe you can do the same site with your original username once you receive your gift.
