 | Banned from exceem?OK so I am quite new to exceem, just a couple of months in and loving every bit of it. I keep seeing random old posts containing banned members ( not as in they are the member of a musical group(band) but the other kind ). It got me thinking about what you have to do to get banned. Can some of the old school members please clarify. My guess is 1,posting referals constantly 2,not following through with trades 3,abusing other members/networks ( tempting sometimes I know ) What other general stupidity has been displayed? |

 | Re: Banned from exceem?Asking about bans! The first rule of ban club is don't talk about ban club...   lol just kidding have a look at the FAQ up there ^ PMing other members with your ref link in sheer desperation's a sure fire way to get yourself banned, and plenty have!

I have had a warning so please ensure you read the rules thoroughly before you begin mass posting But most of all enjoy we're all here for the same reason |

| Re: Banned from exceem?i think myself and the other admin are pretty lenient with the users on exceem but sometimes you get members that spoil it for the rest of you, scamming users via not completing trades pming users with referal links also scammers cant take no for a answer and keep signing up new exceem acount. but its not long before mr simmonds detects a rat. and bans them again,

| Re: Banned from exceem?I agree, I had a warning for posting my ref link. . .well if you read the rules it clearly states you must not do it, I can take it on the chin that I messed up. The mods on here are much better than other forums I have used! some use it as a power trip but the mods here aren't computer geeks just normal people |

| Re: Banned from exceem?I think most of the banned members are actually a few people who have been banned but then sign up again and again. Also, for things like posting ref links people may get a temporary ban. As Trev said, we're pretty nice here but sometimes people push their luck!
