Im a newbie to this,

How does this all work?

I mean it sounds so easy but someone shed some light here.

If you sign up a offer? is that all you do?
How do you get people sign up to refferals?

Completing an offer is actually the easy part.

Getting refs is the hard part. Best thing to do, don't look for people who want freebies, look for people who are already looking to sign up for those offers. Really that's all you need people to do, is sign up for one offer.

FB and youtube are good places to start, IMO. Eventually though you want to make a website and get it ranked in Google.
