Pending offers not yet approved

Hi,
Some of my referrals completed Intuit and Homestead offers in Kudos on 12th and 13th of September but they have not yet been approved after more than 6 days. It is still showing as pending. Normally these offers are approved in 5 to 6 days. So I think there is a problem in pending offers of Intuit and Homestead turning approved in Kudos. I hope Kudos will solve this problem soon.
