I'm participating on Xpango website since last month and I already knew about this forum (eXceem) about some days ago...

And now I see that exists Kudos.

Could you explain very carefully and with details how this works?

Well they are different freebie sites but they run pretty much the same, just see the fj explanation i just gave you.
