Praise for KUDOS and Lee


Hi all,

I just wanted to express my thanks to Lee at Kudos for his brilliant support.

Back in January I custom ordered a Philips Hi-Fi. Unfortunately the remote seems to be eating cell batteries in no time. I messaged Lee yesterday at 11am to get details of the seller and try and arrange a replacement.

He replied within 5 minutes and we began discussing the options. I contacted Philips to establish it was an unusual fault and Lee got in touch with Amazon to discuss a replacement.

By 7pm he had arranged a replacement and had Amazon dispatch it right away.

The new Hi-Fi arrived this morning at 10am

Lee has also trusted me to package up and return the old Hi-Fi even after the new one had been received, which we are doing right away.


So I would like to say a massive thank you to Lee for his fantastic support, his trust and for helping get this sorted within 24 hours!

I must say that Lee has been amazing over the past few weeks with myself as I have had to change my order 4 times due to greens being revoked and prices changing on amazon but he always replies within an hour and has dealt with all my requests brilliantly.

Never used kudos but by all the great support i would recommend. I think that customer care is number 1 for a business.

1 - Sent a support ticket.
2 - Closed the Kudos page and logged out. (~7 seconds)
3 - Logged in to check my mail on Yahoo. (~10 seconds)
4 - Checked some other mail (~20 seconds)
5 - VOILA! Lee's reply was there in a mere 40 seconds or so! The main reason I prefer Kudos!

Lol, yea I had that the other day. Submitted a customer order request, received the auto reply then his personal reply a few seconds later! It was like MSN!

Right, iFZ. I prefer Kudos over Xpango, obviously. And one more thing, if anyone remembers Jon posting in some thread about asking the network owners to raise something (Getting bored to find the thread) for charity-something, I asked Lee about it, and he said he would think over putting an initiative in the matter if more people are interested in this too! If anyone else is interested in this too, make sure you give your views to the respective owners too! Who knows, this might go high among societies, and the scam point-of-view of some people might also get changed! So, it's a total win-win condition for everyone! We = Do a good deed + Chances of getting more targeted traffic. Network Owners = Do a good deed too + get their networks famous. People receiving the money as charity = Dunno what that might be used for. If anyone else, supports this idea, please be sure to ask about this to network owners. I'm really optimistic about this idea.

At the moment I am getting ZERO conversions on both FJ and Kudos. Don't know what is happening. Have changed back to my old site and that didn't convert anything so re-wrote my new site and still no conversions.
