  | Wink Bingo offerHi, i completed the wink bingo offer (deposited more than 20€ and wager more than 40€!) but kudos declined my offer! I contacted kudos support and they say that "We don't get told why offers are declined sorry." Anyone are getting the same problem? |

| Update: FreebieJeebies - manual credit, didnt take long Kudos - still nothing, over a month I suppose it just depends on the 'support' from the network, and im only going on what ive seen for myself. I just think it makes it harder to convince people its real when theres little or no activity with regards to getting a manual credit. Would you try and get your mates to sign up when you cant even get credited for the offer youve done? This is not an attack on any network but what i believe to be a valid point. Customer support is everything in this business, and thats what it is at the end of the day, a business. |

 | same thing to me, i put in £20 and played it all and won £25. Got on to kudos, and they said it was wink that declined the offer. So i got on to wink, and they said i don't know why as you done every think right this end. So i think its kudos scamming people, as they are not looking in to it. Freebiejeebies all the way |

| i have not had the best experiences with Kudos either, in a similar fashion to barry above. thats why i dont use them now.

| I got on to wink bingo, and they said every think was right there end, Then I got on to kudos and they are saying its wink. I done every think right, I put in £20 not the min £5. So why would it get declined. |

| The majority of wink bingo staff probably don't know what kudos is and that they are put of the affiliate scheme related to them, they may of gave you a false answer, not that i know, just speculation.

| If they don't know what it is and how it works. Wink bingo should not be on there, and its not just one it is happening to loads of people. I have lost out on my £20 now, and there is now way of getting it back |

| In 3 £5 £10 £5 I put the first £5 in won money but couldn't take it out till I put £15 back in and played it all till I hand nothink left I only don't gala the other day put in £5 and played it all and won £20 but that went green the same day |
