Is Intuit offer tracking properly


Hi,
Some of my referrals completed the Intuit offer in Kudos on 31 st May, June 3 and June 4 but they have not yet gone pending till now. I would like to know if others are also facing same tracking issue. Normally it goes pending in few hours. I want to know if there is any tracking problem in intuit offer. Your feedback is most welcome.

Same problem here, out of 8 or so of my referrals only 2 tracked. They got fed up and call me a scam. No one wants to go to support, it's too much hassle. I tried again recently with another referral and it still hasn't tracked from Thursday or so. Everything is fine with the Intuit account he says. Think Intuit is shaving refs? This is happening on FreebieJeebies.

Kudos posted a while ago that there were issues with intuit tracking. He is still working to fix it whilst he is on holiday as I asked him 2 days ago.

I think the same thing is wrong with FreebieJeebies, although it just got green right now... weird that it went green right after I posted, though.

Freebiejeebies made a post today saying there was a tracking problem that they were aware off.

Hi,
One of my referrals completed intuit offer on June 1st and it went pending on June 1st itself. But till now the offer has not yet been approved even after 8 days. Mostly it takes 5 days to go approved. So apart from the tracking problem there is also a problem with the pending status turning to approved. I would like to know if anyone is facing the same issue as me.

Lee is on holiday until tomorrow and the 5 day approval may need to be done manually. Just wait until Lee is back.

Ive got some updates here regarding this issue.

Although I havent posted here I have been dealing with it on holiday. Since emailing them (many times) they have now come back to me saying there is nothing wrong.

They have admitted there was an issue but they cant find out what this issue was. Therefore they cant fix "it".

Im going to reactivate the offer and see what happens.

Please let me know via the support system if you completed the offer and it didnt track. I can then chase them for the credits.

One of my referrals completed intuit offer on June 11 yesterday but the status is still not showing pending till now.So there might still be a tracking problem with intuit.

I have the same problem. I invite friend, he completed offer on 2 June but status is still not completed. Please check this and fix Lee

It seems there is still a problem with this offer. I have already emailed them but as its the weekend nothing will be done until tomorrow afternoon due to the time difference.

Ill remove the offer again for the time being.

Actually this offer does seem to be tracking now. There have been several track today.

Best thing here is if I keep the offer live. Thats the only way we will know whats going on. Please keep me informed if your referrals complete the offer and it doesnt credit.

Today, two of my refferals did offer intuit. I know ,that they have done it, but their accounts still have been "non offer completed".
It was good offer, but now have a little problem ;/

i think its better to tell our referrals to do other offers , intuit look like dead
+ if someone register in intuit offer with CC its so hard to cancel registration without call them after 30 days TRIAL

hope you find other offers for us LEE

Here's a crazy idea for you, why not let people CHOOSE what OFFER they want to do themselves?

There is nothing wrong with the Intuit if people do the offer correctly. However when people are telling others to do an offer and also telling them how to cancel offers, not only will some peoples accounts be put on hold but also companies will remove offers making it harder for everyone else.

Why the hell should companies make it soooooo easy for people to cancel offers?

Hi,
The intuit offer is not tracking properly. My referral took the intuit offer yesterday on June 12 but it has till now not gone pending. I hope Lee and intuit will solve the problem very soon.

Lee, do you have any new information about offers from intuit? What with users who make intuit offer but theirs offers are still "not completed"?

Please, write anything what you know. I think that is very important for us- users

This is out of my hands Im afraid. The problem is not at my end therefore I cant influence it other than emailing my contacts to get it looked at. They are still saying there is nothing wrong which is clearly not the case.

If your referral has completed Intuit and it hasn't tracked please get THEM to contact us. If you contact us yourself about your referral we will simply ask you to get them to contact us.

Ill update with more news as and when I receive it.
