Hi all,

Intuit is now back online on KUDOS. There was a recognised issue with the tracking and this has now been fixed by Intuit at their end.

Ill be keeping a close eye on it over the next few days but it should be working fine now.

No they cant.

Anybody that completed the offer during that time needs to complete the untracked sales form from the SUPPORT page as normal.

Something like "we apologise but in the last week we were having problems with the Intuit offer tracking correctly. Those who completed this offer between the Xth and Xth of April and do not see the offer as 'pending' or 'complete' should login into gadgets.kudosnetwork and submit an 'untracked offer request ticket' under the 'support tab'. Again we apologise for the error and the inconvenience this may have caused you. Should you have any other problems please do not hesitate to contact our support. Kind regards. 'whoever sends the email'
