i just went in to see if my custom order has been set up as yet but i noticed all my points have disappeared is it just me or is it down at the moment.

Hmm.. there must be an issue with a server update I applied recently.

Ill look to get this fixed ASAP.

Its working fine now. Weird little bug which has raised itself after the update...

i sent a support ticket but i know you view points.kudos different to the other sites so sometimes it takes longer to see etc, so thought id ask here please could you set up my custom order.

Why not send him a support ticket from one of the other Kudos sites such as the consoles one you have in your sig to give him a nudge to check the points one. He will get that before he looks on here i would imagine
