Thanks, bro! Really appreciate the updates Lee. I had one red who completed Intuit some weeks ago (Personally know him and are friends on FB) but hadn't gone pending. Could this be the same error or is it some other stuff?

EDIT: He told me exactly how he went through the offer. And there's nothing wrong in it. He completed Intuit to have a demo and build his personal site and completed everything properly. Cookies were deleted before he completed the offer and hasn't yet deleted 'em. The only problem was that he did it on an iPad. Could there be any problem regarding that?

They would just be a normal untracked offer. Sometimes that happens and is out of our control when it does. Just get them to submit an untracked credit report from the SUPPORT page.

iPad would probably have caused the issue I expect.


UNTRACKED UPDATE:

This issue is being looked into by Intuit. It seems to have only effected KUDOS (at this stage) which seems very strange indeed. They do recognise there is an issue though which is good. Hope to have it sorted with a few days tops.

Intuit is now back online on KUDOS. There was a recognised issue with the tracking and this has now been fixed by Intuit at their end.

Ill be keeping a close eye on it over the next few days but it should be working fine now.
