points.kudos support ticket time

how long do support tickets take on the points network as its been well over a week and no reply, i know on the others the are very speedy.

The support system is different on points and since not many people use the site Lee tends to not check it as often so thats why theres a delay in your reply.

Yea sorry about that.

The systems are very different. With the main sites I get emais when support tickets come in which I can reply to. Those replies are then piped into the system as if I answered them online. I coded this last year.

However the points site doesnt have that system yet. I have partially coded it but havent had time to finish it.

Sorry for the delay. Ill try to check more often.
