Help about untracked offer


Hello! As said in the thread title, I need help concerning an untracked offer. The offer is worldwinner and it's almost been 3 weeks since I completed the offer. I already played the games a lot of times. I deposited 3 times already, and I even purposely lose my 3rd deposit just to test if it might work to get my offer credited, but still no luck. I tried using the support tab but admin just told me to wait. Now if it is not against any rules, can anyone tell me how long do I have to wait to have my offer credited? Please? Anyone here experienced the same? I am so concerned about this because my referrals' offers are already credited though I was the first one to complete the offer and I am ready to claim my gift and the only thing that is stopping is this.

The only way to go about it is message the worldwinner website,
if it has been 3 weeks, i suggest opening a ticket with kudos and explaining the problem,
if you don't want to wait, complete a different offer?

I have had the same problem with Kudos when I completed the wink bingo offer. I filled out their untracked offer forms and now they are telling me that it could take weeks if it credits atall.

Bang out of order I think. If the offer doesn't credit I will be very unhappy.

I think you should just complete another if you have the money spare.
It's only 5-10 pounds.

Umm... the same happened to me. I wasn't being credited at all for Intuit. Then I opened an Untracked Offer request (After a month of completion or so). Just some days after I submitted, the request was still pending but I automatically went green...

Thats easy enough but what if that offer doesn't credit? I won't give Kudos a penny more if the offer that I have completed doesn't credit. People always associate these sites with being a scam and when offers don't credit it doesn't help to reassure people.

Generally depends what offer you do, some pay the sites 2-3 months after the offer is completed, meaning in many cases, the freebie site pays out before they get the money.

The thing here is that I told my referrals that I will share with them my cashout but now they are probably thinking of me as a scammer.

If thats right then the whole system is flawed because there must be hundreds of offers each year that don't track. At the end of the day as long as the person completing the offer has done everything correctly then it is not their fault if the offer doesn't track so why should they not be credited?

Kudos (and other sites) would probably argue, why should they pay out when they aren't getting paid?

Yes, the person might have done the offer correctly but then again, maybe they didn't. If the offer company says that person signed up to do the offer but it hasn't come directly from the offers page on Kudos, they won't pay Kudos and Kudos can't do anything about it.

It would be interesting to get a percentage of how many untracked offers the sites get compared to tracked.

I'd probably say around 1% of offers don't track (maybe less than that).

And it's worth pointing out that of those 1% it's virtually always settings on the user's own computer that prevented the offer tracking.

Put it this way, so far I haven't had a problem with fj but out of the 3 kudos sites I signed up to on 2 occasions the offer didn't track.

As Richard mentioned, in most cases the problem lies with the users browser. It certainly isnt anything at our end which causes offers to not track.

I understand how it can be annoying which is why we offer the untracked facility. I try very hard to get credits applied when they havent tracked. But sometimes it does take time and 99% of the time this is out of my hands.
