Untracked offer

How long does it take for untracked offer request to be approved? How long do I have to wait for an answer from KUDOS? I have been waiting 3 days already and I don't know whether it's allright or not.

I´m waiting for almost two months that one of my referals become completed.
This is why I prefer FJ instead of Kudos

Why? For having an opinion or sharing his experience?

I dont see anything nasty or abusive in his post. Some offers, on FJ and Kudos take months to credit.

Both networks have their pros and cons.

Kudos have a much faster support ticket reply rate (as fast as 72 seconds for me, once), verification and gift dispatching. It also has the worldwinner and intuit offers 100% worldwide. Also, their website design is better.

The only real con is the somewhat long pending times for certain offers.

How could I say that? FJ is a lot more faster than Kudos when we talk about crediting the offers.

FJ takes 3 days or less, Kudos takes a lot more time!

For example, I have a referal that completed the WorldWinner offer and he is pending from 5th of December 2010! Already more than two months.

And another referal is pending from 21 January.

Because of my experience.
Already talked to Lee sometimes and he said that he can´t do anything to speed up the process, so I will just wait and wait..

Surely if you have gone pending you have tracked, your simply waiting for a report to come in from the respected affiliate.

As far as I knew untracked is you completed an offer but stayed at red?

Untracked means that someone completed the offer, but for some reason don´t was followed, and that way remains as invisible.
I´m tired of wait, just want that my referals become completed so I can ask for an external hard drive and then stay away from Kudos!

Sheesh! You just cant please some people!

You need to understand that when offers dont track its because of something that you as the user done wrong, NOT US!

We offer the facility to apply for a manual credit, but as explained on the Untracked Credit page, it is NOT guaranteed. I try really hard to get them submitted to the advertiser regularly so you dont have to wait, but once they have been submitted there isnt a lot more we can do, other than wait.

As for pending times, for the 50 millionth time, I do not control this. If I decide to reduce a pending time which is set by the advertiser I do so at my own financial risk in order to improve things for you guys.

Putting the blame on to me regarding untracked offers is ridiculous, and is starting to annoy me. If you want I can remove the untracked offer facility all together? Then there will be no wait times as the facility will be gone.

Any takers?

The thing is mate you dont have to deal with simply LOADS of repeated support tickets regarding untracked offers, from the same people. I have explained this so many times its actually imprinted on my eyeballs!

This has been explained numerous times on exceem, and a million times via support tickets. (not a million

)

and can we contact the advertiser? In my case Wink Bingo offer is untracked, and I'm waiting for so long that I have no expectations about.

Contacting the advertiser wont normally achieve anything apart from confusing them. They dont usually know who they work with as its all arranged via a third party.

The untracked system is the only way to do it.

If you have submitted an untracked offer request some time ago and it still hasnt credited, this normally suggests the advertiser has rejected it. We dont get told why in most cases unfortunately.

for now I'm still waiting while I also need referrals for my prize, but Wink Bingo was the only offer I was able to do and now will have to exchange 3 refs for it
