 | Actually bank transfers happen instantly nowadays so that is usually quicker. Paypal takes some extra steps for you to spend the money as you have to transfer it or accept it in some cases. At the very least they are as quick as each other. Verification takes the same for any gift. The more approved refs you have, the longer itll take.
