I currently have the following stats on my website...

Between 01/02/2010 and 30/04/2010 FreebieJeebies sent out £112,377.20 worth of gifts, bringing the total sent out to £782,357.52 that's over 3/4 of a million pounds!
During May 2010 'FJ' answered 1816 different support tickets with an average response time of 2 hours.

As I am thinking of switching to Kudos to see if there is much of a difference in conversions, could someone possibly provide some similar stats for Kudos for me.

Im afraid I dont have exact figures at the moment.

Total gifts shipped total to around £400,000 and the average overall support ticket reply time for this year to date is 48 mins 20 secs.

I switched to Kudos recently and I am very happy indeed. Conversion rates are very good (even since the LOVFiLM trial ended), support tickets are answered super quick and also, when you have enough referrals to varify it says when the next varification date is.

The latter is my favourite feature of the site.
