| Currently: Moderating! | Referral signed up twiceHey guys, I know I should probably send this in a support ticket (and I will) but I wanted to draw attention to it and ask if it's happened to others. I've changed a few key links on my site to Kudos so I can test out the new design... Thing is I had one sign up appear twice within 4 minutes. Now I don't know if this is the user being fraudulent (no offers done yet) or if it's because of the fact Kudos remember you as a referral even if you click off the site or if they thought they were logging in... Etc! Fact is I have one referral from my site and the other from my ref link. Can anyone shed any light? Thanks

| Currently: Moderating! | Also just noticed 2 things... 1: the emails are slightly different. Ones @hotmail and the others @ntlworld but the start is exactly the same. (too much of a coincidence.) 2: see the attached pic for the 2nd referral... Seems odd! ![]()

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I had a similar problem where they signed up twice, because they misspelled their email the first time. I contacted Kudos and they said that they cant remove one of them unless the referral contacts the support themselves. I wouldn't worry too much until they complete an offer, though You can try to email the referral and tell them to contact support and get one of their accounts deleted. |

| Site Owner: KUDOS network | Glad you mentioned the email addresses are different. Its impossible to sign up again using the same email address. If they contact me I will sort it but I cant do anything unless they do so. But like Djoscar says, if they don't complete an offer...who cares...

| Currently: Moderating! | Lol thanks. I'll contact them and see if they can contact you... Might be a good reminder to do an offer and see if they're bothered.
