Can I ask for an item that is not on the list like nintendo products?

Yep use the custom order system on the support page and ask for what items you want and lee willl look and either approve it or not and tell you the amount of referrals needed

Actually the custom order tool is now on the TOOLS page and not the SUPPORT page.

I mean, like when you are signed to apple.kudosnetwork and you want a gift like dsi, can I still select it as gift?

You can only select gifts which are there, obviously

If you want something which isnt there simply submit a custom order using the Custom order tool on the TOOLS page as described above.
