Hi all,

Just thought I would post here to say I haven't gone anywhere. My personal life is in upheaval at the moment so I am struggling to find the time to come on here and update etc.

BUT, I am still 100% ontop of support tickets and orders. Support tickets are answered within minutes (if you don't believe me, test me

), and orders are done weekly.

On-top of this I am working VERY, VERY hard on the new KUDOS design. I was hoping to have it ready by now by it is taking much longer than anticipated. I wont compromise on quality so cant specify a time frame just yet. Hopefully wont be too much longer.

With this new design, I will be launching to the whole world, and I will have lots of new offers (subject to approval).

Sounds like this is going to be a very good design the amount of work going into it and worldwide will be great too

You are aware I start at 6am some mornings so if I put in a ticket at 5am and dont get a reply "within minutes" ,I will be most unpleased lol

lol - erm...maybe I should clarify!!

I have been known to wake up and answer support tickets on my phone. Ive developed some form of OCD when it comes to answering them quickly. Good for you, bad for me!!

KUDOS is open to the UK, USA and Canada at present. Hopefully this will expand to the whole world when the new design is launched.
