Redesign or not to redesign...

I simply can't wait for Kudos to be worldwide (or just to Pakistan). This is my first post in Kudos section. Anyway, a redesgin would be good, not that the current one is bad.

i voted yes , though i get decent ratios with your design i think it could use a lift

plus you need something to keep you busy in the new year haha

I don't think you should be asking us if the site needs a re-design. The members of this site have already signed up to a freebie site, so we're not your target audience.

You need to ask yourself if the current design is meeting your own expectations, and whether it's doing the job you need it to. Is there any point in redesigning a site just for the sake of it - to make it look 'nicer' or whatever? I think a site should only be redesigned if it's not achieving it's purpose as it is.

Just my 2p worth.

I'd say yes, the site could use a re-design, it would really help with conversions as I have noticed FJ do get better conversions then Kudos. Just so you know that is not a dig but what I have noticed with research I have done this weekend.

I love your site Lee, and I would love to continue using your site but the ratio different was major when testing FJ gadget site out compared to gifts on kudos.

I'm gonna continue to use both networks, but if I had to pick regarding support then you win that as your so damn fast! lol

I hope you get a really good team of designers behind the site and invest a lot on it because it will be worth it.

Also do you email new sign ups on what they need to do next to get their free item?

I hear FJ do this and I didn't know that, might be why conversions are loads better.

I look forward to what choices you make mate, keep us posted

Yeah pretty sure, was reading a thread regarding some guys video site and he was giving his opinion on what FJ should do to make it more clear on the user when they click on his FJ ads.

Some one said FJ should send an email when signing up to explain what to do next, then Jon came and posted that they already do.

Since I no longer need to sign up to any FJ I can't test this out heh.

I like the site, very professional, clean and tidy.

If I had to suggest any improvement on Kudos, it would maybe the variety of offers (particularly international), not the design.

Voted yes. You need to make it more attractive looks plain. You need to make it look 100 times better than FJ and take all their customers. Your in competition with them and looks like their winin at the mo. You know You need to take em out....

Eventually it will be. Will have to make lots of changes to the sites but thats what Im aiming for in 2010.
