 | Jackpotjoy ProblemI emailed one of my yellows earlier today, and actually received a reply minutes later. He said that he had completed the above offer on the 18/11/09, but it is not showing up as completed. Are there any tracking problems with this offer? Thanks |

| it didnt track when i did it but if he/she raises a support ticket they will get it sorted. |

| Precisely, there's a 'support' button visible when they log in (on their account), if they take a screenshot/forward the welcome email from JackPotJoy it should get sorted.
