Has anyone tried this and received their points? 4500 points for £10 almost seems too good to be true!!
But then the Chit Chat bingo offer seemed good too and I'm still waiting on my points for that one since October!! isn't that right Lee?!!!

Hello again,

I did the offer on the 24th of October. It didn't appear as "pending" on my status list, so I emailed Lee on the 27th He replied on the 29th and told me to submit it as a manual request.
I mailed him again on 10th November and told me to submit the request again.
I emailed again on the 23rd of November to see what was happening and he said

"Hi. I am doing what I can to try to get your credit. All I can do is forward your request to them for processing. Lee. "

Still there has been no movement - it seems as though Lee is unable to make any direct contact with the company apart from submitting these requests.

I have been patient and reasonable up to now don't you think?

And just to put a lid this one. Lee has confirmed I'm not getting the points - basically he doesn't know why chit chat bingo has declined it and he can't/won't do anything further.

I think anyone that continues to read there will see that I am justified.
As for my attitude and removing my account. I've only told my story, my attitude is exemplary considering what has happened.
I'm sure it is not normal practice to remove an account just because a customer is unhappy and has chosen to express this.
