Wasn't even given a chaance to complete the offer. Kudos admin, Do you have a contact person to send a complaint to? They are starting to take the right piss now as it's not easy getting the greens. |

 | Hmmm, I was going to say that maybe he just didn't complete, or maybe he'd already done the offer and wasn't eligible to complete again. Seems like the first is not an option, but the second could be? I think maybe leave it up to Kudos to do the complaining, as we don't want to damage relations with LoveFilm.

| Also looks like they just decline offers and leave the rest pending for the 28days. Is this right? If you don't know then dont post a reply. Replies should be informative not one word comments like the other posts. |

  | Jack - don't be so aggressive. Usually the report includes declines and approvals, this time it was a mistake and only declines were processed by the ad network. Not lovefilms fault and they're trying to sort it out.
