does anyone know how long should i expect to wait for a reply to my ticket? and do they respond on weekends or just during the week?

Points is usually slower as they use a different support system apparently

Points is not great and Im working towards getting the support system upgraded but its a big job.

All the others sites the support tis answered within minutes!! If you wait more than 5 mins then I'm probably asleep!! (i.e. its nighttime!)

And you do a great job mate, on average my support tickets are answered within 3 mins some even in a few seconds. Sometimes i post a support ticket in the morning at 9ish and you still answer it with record speed, i wonder if you even sleep lol
