What's happening at Kudos?


I don't know if I am the only one experiencing this, but my account was successfully verified well over a week ago now and there is still no sign of my bank transfer being processed...

I have contacted support about it twice now. The first time I was told the bank transfer would be processed on Friday 28th August. The second time I was told "within the next few days"... That was 2 days ago and it still hasn't been "dispatched".

I switched to Kudos Network from FreebieJeebies after FJ got hacked and was taken offline for a short time, and till now I was extremely happy with the service and the speed of my last Bank Transfer from them, (Verified, Processed and in my bank all on the same day!) but I am a bit disappointed with this latest Custom Order.

If there is something stopping Kudos from operating as normal at the minute, it would be nice to be informed... just so that we/I don't have to keep checking the "My Status" page every day only to be greeted with a disappointing "Your selected gift will be processed and dispatched shortly." message.

could be because of the bank holiday, bank payments always take a few days longer when bank holidays are involved.

people are so spoilt these days!! go back 18 months when the sites only verified once a month and then despatched about 2/3 weeks later!!!

I think the current batch of sites have made a rod for their own back by being so efficient!!

Sheesh!!

Be patient and it'll come!

Ive explained that Ive been away from home unexpectedly. Most orders have already been sent yesterday but I was so knackered after driving all day that I gave up.

Ill be tackling them tonight or first thing in the morning.

You can be 1,000,000,% sure that you will get your bank transfer / cheque. I would have thought my normal SUPER speed and efficiency would have earned me some slack when things like this happen.

I don't doubt for a second that I will receive the bank transfer, I'm not calling Kudos a scam all of a sudden, lmao!

I was/am just unaware of the circumstances causing delays, so I thought I would post here in the hopes that someone could inform me of the situation.

I guess I have been spoilt in my (currently) limited experience in dealing with freebie networks, but as they say "times are a changin'", and I don't think I am the only person on this earth that expects swift service from businesses nowadays. E.g. If you order something from Amazon, you would be pretty pissed if it took a week and a half to arrive, am I right? :P

I am honestly not beating on Kudos here, please do not take this the wrong way. I have probably dug myself a grave by posting this thread, but I like to know what's happening when things get delayed. If your train is delayed, you wanna know why right? (Ok, I'm done with the analogies :P)

But correct me if I am wrong... weren't you the one who I told to stop spamming the Apple.Kudos conga thread because you were getting inpatient and even once asked if I could be removed from the list because I took a few days to PM my ref link? None of the networks are obliged to send orders out quick, we ARE spoilt by the fact they do. It is a bonus on our part, not an obligation on their part.

(Oh by the way as you can now see, people ARE being taken off of the congas for being away for a long time!!)

I never said it was their obligation to send out orders quick. They are however a profit-operating company. And like any company, the customers have the right to ask why an order is delayed, am I correct?

never disagreed about asking the question, my comment was and still is that we have it a lot better now than we used to, and we shouldnt be so quick to jump on the sites when things fall slightly out of sync!

Your post was highly inflamatory in tone given the situations with Giveaway and Real Incentives and would have been much better put in a support ticket.

I'm unaware with any "situation" with regards to Giveaway and Real Incentives because I have never used them and thus never read any threads in their section of this forum.

Could a mod please close this thread before a huge flame war starts, lol? I didn't mean for this to cause such arguements, I was merely wondering if there was a reason for the delay that I wasn't aware of that maybe others members of Exceem were.

To confirm, my account status just changed to "Your gift has been shipped!" and the funds are already instantly in my bank!
