LOVEFiLM declines - 17.08.09

Hi all,

Some of your would have been effected by a large number of LOVEFiLM declines yesterday. Just to let you know I am in the process of sorting this out.

Out of 83 declines, there should only have been 42. Therefore some of them will be reversed.

Hopefully this will happen this week. Im doing my absolute best!!

Had 2 revokes a week before that.. Any chance of them being incorrectly revoked?

I had a green Lovefilm that was part of a custom order I was waiting verification for... it's just turned to declined though? This is unusual as they would normally go to On Hold if anything was wrong... but instead it went from green to declined.

Would I be right in thinking this was one of the revokes you mentioned?

I would hope that this is one of the ones that will change.

Approved LF's should never ever go to declined. Keep an eye on it please and if it doesnt change back, let me know.

. I also had a Lovefilm go pending today, then instantly declined again... Is this a usual thing? I have never experienced that. (Got the declined email 15 minutes after the pending email)

Edit; How long should I expect to wait before the first one goes back to green? Just so I have a rough idea of when I should put in a support ticket.

All sorted now btw.

This was rectified last night by the advertiser and LOVEFiLM. However it has taken me quite a while today to reconcile the kudos databases.

For safety my autocrediter doesn't credit anything for an individual after they have been declined. Therefore you wouldn't be re-approved after being declined. I therefore have to go through and manually adjust things.

Anybody that feels things still aren't right, please get in touch using the support system on the kudos site(s) in question.

I have 2 lovefilms pending at the moment. they seem to be taking ages. Is something still amiss with them ?

Maybe lovefilm have stopped it and you aint going to be getting them credits.
