Fault with support system?


Hi Lee and all!

I have no idea if it's me or the KudosNetwork or my account, but when I try to post a new support ticket (Even custom orders) It don't seem to be going through.

I have tried to respond to an old support ticket to see if that works but it don't seem to work.

My ID is:2682

I was looking for an email but couldnt find, if there is one I would love to have it for future referrence.

I have asked for a Custom order about a hour ago and it was working perfectly.

Thats odd. What browser / system you running mate? Works ok for me.

I have heard of some issues with the new mac books.

Using latest version of Windows Vista using both IE7 and latest verison of FireFox.

Hi mate,

Nope, I was at another building at work today where we have a different broadband provider (Nildram) and I used IE6.

Though I tried at home (Talktalk) and then at our main office (Business BT DSL) but Nildram won...

Who knows why it didn't work, at first I thought it might be because I had open support tickets already.
