Facebook Feature Problem

I'm using my new Laptop, and cannot get the Kudos pre-written messages to show up on my Facebook profile. I've not had this problem before, is anyone else? Thanks.

Hi mate,

Thats odd. I havent changed anything my end.

Is it working now?

I know FB have changed a lot of their API recently so maybe they've broken something their end

have you tried dissconnecting and reconnecting your account to see if that works

Yes mate, tried everything that I can think of. It doesn't work from my ddesktop PC now either (it's just come back after being fixed).

Im sorry but I have no idea why. What browser are you using and which kudos site are you trying it on?

I'm using the latest version of IE on the gifts and consoles sites. It use to work.

the FB thingy was wonky this morn when i joined gifts it wouldnt sync up, but was fine later in the day.

Sometimes this can happen mate. Its a messy piece of code imo but it mostly works.

No change Lee, in fact, now I cannot even log out of gifts or consoles!

IE is showing "error on page" (bottom left).
Custom order tab is working for me.

Could you elaborate on exactly which screenshots you require Lee? Apart from the "error on page" message in the bar at the bottom of the IE page, there's not much to show mate. Apart from that, the Facebook messages don't work.

Ok mate, fair enough. Ive tried to replicate this error but I cant. I dont know why it wouldnt be working.

Have you tried CTRL+F5 since I suggested it might be working now? I made some changes to the javascript and you might be using a cached version from your PC.

F5 doesn't work either. I liked this feature as well (when it was working).

I've clicked on the error messages on the consoles site, and I get the errors shown in the attachments. Don't know if it helps.
