Just to let you know our main UK advertiser is currently behind by 4hrs 32mins at time of posting. (TD).

Yes, this will affect Minxy Bingo. Some of the other main offers it affects are Lovefilm, Coral, Gala Bingo and JackpotJoy (there are lots of others but I won't list them all).
