List of US Offers

Can anyone please give me a list of Gifts Kudos US offers and which one is quickest, best and easiest to do.

This is because I am emailing my US sign ups and want to tell them what the best offer to do is for them.

Video Professor is the best offer. I believe you pay like 5.95 or 4.95 or something. You just have to order one of the videos! I do believe it credits fast.

But, There is also Netflix. This is like lovefilm, but it is for the USA. Here a person must sign up for the two week trial, then become a paying member. (8.99 a month). Netflix is very big in the USA, and trusted. It takes 28 days to turn green though, and no pending status

Yes, VideoProffesor is ok to do, Netflix is better if they have it, I know FJ has it, Is GoDaddy on, if so you can create your own site by paying around $15.
