It finished sending this morning at 8am.

Unfortunately Hotmail decided to blacklist my mail server yesterday morning so I spent ALL day sorting this out.

9000 hotmail emails got bounced. I have sorted this and those 9000 have been successfully resent. (for those that were waiting for verification yesterday, this is why it was postponed until today. Had to get unblacklisted, and get those 9000 emails out.)

Just a heads up that the promotion of the free kudosnews green ends in 37 minutes. (12:00pm).

What error is it giving?

Make sure that you are using the same email address that the newsletter was sent to.

The code will only work with that specific email address. No other.

This obviously means that you need to be signed up to the site you want the free green on, using that email address.

EDIT: the extra space wouldnt matter because this is removed server side anyway.

I didn't get the newsletter as I had a hotmail account and it just got changed this morning. Could you send it again to me?

The newsletter was resent to everyone last night. I only changed your email this morning so you should have still got it.

Was your hotmail account active??

Yeah it's always active. I get do get junk but not a huge amount, and I scan who it's from and the subject before emptying it. I would have moved an email from kudos to my inbox, but I've not received it.

Which would have jumped off the page at me so I wouldn't have deleted it.

I'm just a bit annoyed that 1. I didn't get to read the newsletter, and 2. I'm not getting a free green because I have a Hotmail account.

Lee - If I get the email after the deadline, will I still be able to claim? I'm thinking the email could be stuck somewhere as you've said there was issues with the newsletter going to Hotmail accounts.

There were issues but these are now sorted.

The promotion has now ended. This means no more free greens from edition#1 of kudosnews.

Keep your eyes peeled for the next one.

Just had a look at the logs and your email was sent 12 Jan 2009 21:08:51.

Therefore you would/should have received this as the problems didnt begin until the early hours of the 13th.

Is it possible that you simply deleted it by accident?

I don't think so. I would have checked it on the the morning of the 13th, and I would have noticed that the email was from kudos, as in the past offer notifications have gone into my junk and I've seen them.

I've posted on the Windows Live support to see if there is a way I can recover deleted junk mail to double check.

Could you not just send another copy to my updated address?
