It has been removed for the time being but all offers done thus far are fine. They will be approved soon. The advertiser has actually instigated a pending period after the fault was reported.

I think it will be back as soon as they fix the issue.

FJ will reply to a support ticket in a faster period of time than it takes to get a hold of them , BY PHONE

i have been on the phone about this and i have been guarenteed that all of the bwin offers will be approved. they have been declined by accident by someone at the advertisers end. probably the work experience guy! dont worry, im on the case.

I'm sorry about the confusion.

I wish they had told me what they were doing before they done it.

I have literally just now received an email from the head man. What they have done it made all the previously completed offers pending.

They will then update them as soon as bwin have approved the transactions as valid.

Behind every 'declined' bwin offer there is a pending credit. The declined credit has to be removed first though. Ill go through them all and sort it out.
