kudos update - internet issues.....

Hi all,

Over the next 2 weeks I am without broadband and have had to result to using my kaiser (phone) to access the internet.

This obviously means a (MUCH) slower connection.

I wont let this effect anything as far as the running of kudosnetwork is concerned, but just thought I would let you all know.

Hope to have full broadband back by mid-September.

Will you still be able to reply to support tickets and stuff ok? Reason I'm asking is cus I've sent one in earlier this week and it's unanswered still so might have slipped through the net or something, very unusual!

Yes mate.

I was away from the office (unexpectedly) for longer than I anticipated so that's why there was an unusual delay in responding.

Back to normal now though.

Not at all.

VERY slow for me doing them but I started at 8am this morning and they are all done.

Next week will be the same but the week after I hope to have my broadband back.

For my sanity I certainly hope so..........

If it takes 12 hours to do one week of verifications and orders I would be pulling my hair out in frustration after just a few hours.. and I would "kill" to get broadband access!!

Just a quick update:

Still got a slow connection but should be sorted by next week (probably Wednesday).

Support ticket answer times are suffering a little but nothing too dramatic.

another quick update....

Broadband is being connected on the 22nd - 25th.

I am secretly hoping that the hardware arrives this week but not holding my breath.

Just to update this issue I now have my broadband connection back. THANK GOD!!

Verifications took literally a tenth as long as last week and there were more orders to process.

Back to normal now. Expect some kudos special comps very soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!
