Strange Things Happening

I had the Live roulette offer pending for nearly 10 days. Then I sent in a ticket asking what was going on and came back to the site later to see the status had changed.... To Betfair offer pending. I haven't done the Betfair ffer as I have had a Betfait account for a long time.

I raised another ticket and received an email this morning telling me my Live Roulette offer had gone Pending. But when I look at the site it shows Betfait Pending still.

The Live Roulette offer was a trade on another forum so really need this to go Green ASAP.

Any clues whats going on Lee.

No is the short answer

It is practically impossible that you have been credited for something you haven't completed.

Im keeping a eye on things at my end but it doesn't really matter too much.

The new sites will now automatically 'green' you if you have 2 offers that have differing status.

For example, if you have 1 offer which is pending and 1 which is green, the green offer will always show on your account, even if the pending was first.

Previously you would have had to request this to be swapped.

So, long story short, you just have to wait until the advertiser approves one of them offers (even the Betfair) and then you are away!!

It now says Live Roulette is pending again and it has been pending for about 12 days. How long does this one normally take to go green

Can take upto a month but normally about 2 weeks. So 14 days.

It'll change when it changes.

There is nothing I can do to speed it up.

Ok mate no worries just hoping the funny things happening with the 'Betfair' offer showing up when I haven't even clicked on the link hasn't messed up the tracking
