If Prettyfly comes online and posts his yellows then I guess you will know the winner but I will confirm tomorrow evening.

I believe that he had quite a few also so it's a close call.

Just logged on to see that I was joint first for the Ipod Touch - wow! Is it the number of greens first, then the number of yellows?

Well I had 5 greens during the competition, did Joe have 5 too? I'll need to check how many yellows I got during it? I think Lee would need to check cause I can't tell who signed up during the competition time? However, I don't think I have got 713 yellows in 3 weeks - so if that's the case then well done joe!

So let me get this straight, in this August competition I got more greens than Joe but because he has more yellows than me in the entire time he has been a member, he wins?

So someone who signs up to Kudos for a competition and draws with someone who has been a member for 2 years - basically has no chance of winning?

Should it not be who gets the most greens during the comp? Or if it has to be yellows (which really should come after greens), should it not be how many yellows accumulated throughout the comp?

Am I wrong, but that seems the fair way to decide it?

Overall yellows is totally unfair as some people have been members longer than others.

I have no objection losing fairly and squarely but quite frankly I think this decision is totally unfair and ridiculous!

You make a good point Prettyfly, really any deciding factor in the comp should go down to factors related directly to the comp. Overall yellows since the beginning of time shouldn't count, firstly based on the time period but also because they are yellows, and are effectively uncompleted offers, thus not helping kudos as a business at all, so why would kudos rather give the prize to them?

Greens if anything should be a decider although if i was making a comp i'd probably state from the start that ties would go to the 4th ball or even bonus ball on the same draw to decide the nearest winner to that.

But therein lies the problem, i didn't make this comp and Lee did state from the very beginning that ties would go down to number so yellows, so however illogical it may be eveyone effectively agreed to those rules.

Don't get me wrong i agree with you entirely but i think unless Lee does as well and decides to do something about it then you may have to live with it and hope that he changes the way it works for the next one.

A fair midway point might just be to split the number of greens the ipod is worth and put them in each of your accounts, i.e 4.5 greens each........no wait......err....................
