I have double checked my emails and my account, and a green seems to have vanished with no explanation?

Either I received an email, saying the offer was completed, when it wasn't, or a green has vanished from my account.

Can you check user this out for me please? I have raised a support ticket with more details of the user that has/hasn't completed an offer.
