ok quick update

im home now to fix this and am in contact with hosters.

ill update as I go. Hope to have it working within a few hours.

Looks like the problem is more complicated than I first thought but I have found a way round it and am just testing it out.

Not really anything new to say just letting you know Im beavering away like mad trying to get it working!!

yes they have!!

GOOD NEWS!!

Figured it out and the sites will be coming back up one by one over the next hour.

The main site is now working.

Ill do gifts.kudos next and then points. The rest will follow.

Lee is there anyway this could affect greens? I had someone complete the mylotto offer yesterday and I'm worried it might not go green cos of the site being down?

Tracking is done remotely mate - you should be fine (I've received offer completion emails while the sites have been down)

ok, gifts.kudos is now up aswell.

It wont effect tracking of existing users at all. But obviously nobody has been able to access the site all day so no new greens would be present.

I can only apologise for this but sometimes these things happen.
