Very disappointing...


Hello all,

So I opted for a Wii last Wednesday as I had the required 8 greens.

Checked my account today and have the following listed -

Your order has been denied.

This is due to suspected fraudulent activities by you or your referrals, or some of your referrals may have had their offer declined.


I understand this frequently happens, and even by viewing this forum I see that this can be common practice.

What is concerning me though is that I raised a support ticket the instant I thought there may be a problem. Lee, granted was quick with his reply, stated that he will resolve the matter when the order went through.

I have clearly stuck by the terms and conditions listed on the site at the time of my registration, and so I look forward to the successful completion of this situation.

I have left another ticket with Lee so I hope the matter is concluded shortly.

I guess Lee will sort this if you have stuck to the rules.

However this may be down to the fact one of your referrals has been "fraudulent". Time will tell. Good luck !

this happened to me but its slightly confusing all it was sayig was that i didnt have enough refs for my gifts as some of my refs had gone on hold, not my account.

I think you will find that your account isnt on hold. All it means is that you no longer have enough referrals for the chosen gift.

When you click "verify" you are placing an order. When you no longer have enough referrals due to losing one or two, this order is cancelled.

At least this is what I'm assuming.

Like I have said in my support ticket to the Kudos site, through all my referrals I have not broken any terms or conditions listed on the domain at the time of completion. I do not think they have been updated since so for me to lose 5 greens is bemusing!

Be interesting to see where it goes from here...

Hi.

I have updated your support ticket.

You referrals were removed because they were all setup using the same IP address.

I have reviewed this and have re-connected them to your account. However this isnt normal practise and I would recommend that you spend some time reading the T&C to be sure what's right and what's wrong.
