Account on Hold


Hi,

I've just made an order for an ipod nano and found that my account is now on hold and is under investigation for fraudulent activities.

It looks like my account has been stopped because my girlfriend completed the gala bingo offer from the same computer that i use.

This refferal is genuine, is there anyway to get this sorted, do i need to fill in a support ticket to say we have used the same computer to complete an offer?

Can anyone offer any advice

What offer did you do then?

The referral may be genuine but it was still done through the same computer as the one you use, which I'm assuming is in your house? Did your g/f use the same address as you when she signed up?

I completed the Lovefilm offer and she completed the Gala Bingo offer. We do live at the same address so that might also be the problem!

big problem as all sites terms and conditions state that you can only have one account per household.

I would send kudos a support ticket and if you are lucky, they may just delete your g/f's account but if they did that, count yourself lucky as some sites wouldnt.

Hopefully there are no other "problems".

reasonable or not he has broken one of the main rules.
as much as id like him to pass, the rules are there for a reason.
