 | Account on HoldHi, I've just made an order for an ipod nano and found that my account is now on hold and is under investigation for fraudulent activities.  It looks like my account has been stopped because my girlfriend completed the gala bingo offer from the same computer that i use. This refferal is genuine, is there anyway to get this sorted, do i need to fill in a support ticket to say we have used the same computer to complete an offer? Can anyone offer any advice Thanks |

The referral may be genuine but it was still done through the same computer as the one you use, which I'm assuming is in your house? Did your g/f use the same address as you when she signed up?

I would send kudos a support ticket and if you are lucky, they may just delete your g/f's account but if they did that, count yourself lucky as some sites wouldnt. Hopefully there are no other "problems".
