The person I'm completing the trade with signed up to ipods and istuff straight after each other I think, but I'm not sure in which order...

Is it unlikely therefore that one of the two will not have tracked, if she didn't clear the cookies???

Celldarado is still not tracking for me, in fact have tried to do one of every mobile offer and nothing has tracked!

Have one freepay account I'd forgotten about so started that one with the initial celldarado and guess what..... that didn't track either!!!

I wish I could control but there is nothing I can do to improve the tracking.

The only thing I could do is totally remove all ringtone offers from the site to stop this happening.

I dont want to do this at this stage but if this carries on I will have no choice.

Thanks for posting Lee, if these things are out of your control then thats fine. I think members where just looking for clarification that others were also not getting credit and it wasn't just them! From my experience ringtone offers can be a bit hit and miss at the best of times.

I've found the ringtone and the other offers on points a good 'jumping off' point to attract future refrerals to your other sites (and other networks) that have them. Its a good starting point with no fear of giving credit card details etc straight away.

In my experience points sites can be a 'way in' to the freebie system and all networks. Where as once people started with Freepay and had a bad experience they are finding through Kudos,FJ,and certain (at this point) un-mentionable networks that the system does indeed work.

No offense meant to Kudos as read back the posts and in no way was I implying it was any fault of your own!

Lee, if possible could you send a couple of emails out asking about tracking? Also, there is a good offer on similar websites called "WixaWin" which I've had hardly any problems tracking with it.

Just checked my e-mail and have received another offer notification, so I don't think it's a case of offers not tracking, but more a case of offers tracking more slowly than they originally did. I've got the points, so I'm happy. As Raven said, ringtones and points sites are a good way of enticing new members to referrals, so I for one, would like them to remain.
