 | More than strange Tracking problems....Hi, sorry if this is posted elsewhere but.... On the 24th kudos.points was not accessible to me for about 1 hour or so. When it finally reloaded I completed some offers & all appeared normal, although I have not been credited with any of these later offers.  I also have had some referrals who state they signed up in the evening of the same day, completed offers & still have yet to be greened.I make the point because, prior to the site  going down? or being modded/updated? my offers were greening within 12 hours & some within 1-2 hours. Was the update due to removing the British Gas offer.Is this due to tracking just for me or is it a larger issue. The only other issue I can think of is that nothing has verified since I did the Lovefilm offer, which is obviously still pending, so could this be an issue with the registering of offers whilst having Lovefilm pending? I don't know. Anyone else having the same problems, or 'is it me?' I bet it is!

| Re: More than strange Tracking problems....I seem to be having similar problems. I completed a ringtone offer the day i signed up and it credited in my account within 15 minutes. Then yesterday and today i got 2 referrals and both said they had done this offer. And they havent not been credited. I know it says 5 days, but if it took 15 minutes to credit for me, shouldnt it only take 15 minutes for them. Thanks |

| Re: More than strange Tracking problems....Hi. No offence taken. There is no problem with the crediting or autocrediter at my end. Now and again, some offers just don't track. Unfortunately it is the bane of everybodys life!! lol Easy to deal with though. Just wait at least 2 working days, and then submit the form at the bottom of the support page and Ill get on the case!  |
