Lee's Dissapearance?


Anyone know if Lee the admin of kudosnetwork has gone away or something as I submitted a support ticket just over 2-3 days ago and have received no reply at all, just thought I'd sign up here and ask other users of kudosnetwork if they knew anything.


I just find it pretty strange as all the other support tickets I have submitted on kudosnetwork in the past have been replied to within 24 hours max, normally within 3 hours of submitting a support ticket which is great.


I just hope the service of kudos isn't starting to dissapoint.

Please note to all admins mods, this JayD is Steven Lockwood, he as created an email address which is very similar to mine.

He as been protending to be me. So if admins mods can delete this and also do something about his username and email address, or maybe all his account on this forum.

I do not know what i have done wrong for him to protend to be me.

But help from everyone would be great, as this is beggining to annoy me. Thanks.

Hi.

IM HERE!!!!!!

Don't panic!!

I have been away from home for 3 days but was answering all support tickets up until yesterday morning. Until my laptop battery DIED!!!

I am now back home and all outstanding tickets have been answered. Sorry for the delay!!! The longest delay was about 32 hours. This is WAY outside of my normal support service and for that I apologise.

I will endeavour to remember my charger next time! DOH!
