Kudos System Failure?

Hi there, this afternoon one of my referrals completed the coral offer, 10 minutes later he'd placed a bet and everything and he e-mailed me saying I'm green mate, so I looked at my greens and it was still 1 and should be 2 with him going green

And he also said that it said this on his account status:

Yet on my link he is still yellow, Has the kudos admin put my account on hold or something, if not what's going on?

Doesnt look like you are on hold. Sometimes it takes a little while for offers to come through, this is sometimes that advertisers fault.

Just out of interest which kudos site was it and do you have his actual ref number? just the number, not the whole ref link

If you get his number from him we can see if its showing as complete or not and then maybe advise.

As per your support ticket, your referral hasn't completed an offer using that account. If you can submit a ticket stating the user ID of the person that has claimed to have completed the offer I will look into for you.

update:

your referral HAS completed an offer but I'm afraid he done so on another site to the one you are using. He infact signed up to the main site and you are on the gifts site.

The sites are good!! but not that good that they can pick up cross-site offer completions.

Looks to me like maybe he signed up to your link and then decided to then register with another site on the kudos network then done an offer.
