I have manually credited you because of the ridiculous amount of time you have had to wait while the advertisers pull their fingers out (which they still haven't done!!!!) I will continue to chase them but have credited you so you don't have to wait any more. Therefore, no, they will not be added back for the time being.  (can you sense the annoyance?)
