I'm posting early so hopefully few people will see this!

(1) I just signed up to Gadgets to do this comp but obviously missed on the free green and I wanted to check that I don't have to complete an offer in order to enter - just get 3 greens/pending? I will do an offer eventually, just not in time for this comp.

(2) If I win I would rather have the Sat Nav so could I swap the Wii for that? Obviously if I finish 2nd or 3rd you can scrap that.

No - you don't have to complete an offer to be eligible to enter the comp. Just 3 greens/pendings will do the trick.
