(I think I might have heard someone somewhere say that this is only for the uk. And I hope thats not true)

lol tbh m8, i think the only site that exceem offers in the list off supported sites that works in canida is freepay, freepay are NOT the best network in the world, but resently looks like they are on the up, could be good news so yeah you can hang around, but wont be as much support as maybe anything for free forums could offer, anyhow welcome to exceem, we are better then anything for free

Most sites do allow UK, US, and Canada to sign up to. If you check out the networks at exceem, go to the site, and read the Terms and Conditions - it will state in there whether countries can participate.

Some sites are also available to most countries, however, will offer a paypal alternative to a gift, rather than sending out the gift.
