Hi to all at Exceem!

Hi all,

I'm a newbie here but looking to become an active member of this forum! Heres a little about myself, my names Rich and I work as a web developer in the UK. I am 23, engaged and planning on getting married this May!

I'm not entirely new to referal networks, about 3 years ago I managed to grab a xbox 360 elite from gamesconsolegiveaway which I think was part of the giveaway network group of sites. I cant seem to find it anywhere now though, so not sure if this network is still alive or not?

Anyway, my reason for coming back to giveaway type networks is to get some more stuff to make a bit of cash on the side from. Plus you cant beat the feeling of when it finally comes through the post and your work pays off!

When I originally got my console a few years ago I had no awareness of groups such as this one and have to say it is a great idea! I was considering hosting a site with my referal link in it and trying to get it a high page rank to see if I could grab a few more referals. Being a newbie though I wasn't too sure if this would be such a great idea or not so any info from pros would be much appreciated!

Yes, the website option is one of the most popular ways to go and looking at your job you should have less of a problem than our average n00b :P

Thanks for your welcomes! Think I will have to look into getting a site up and running trying to grab some more greens then. I have seen a few examples of what people have done so will have to look into it further.

I was interested in how quickly people have managed to obtain greens and what the most effective methods are? So how many greens a month on average and how much effort spent doing so? I was considering looking at going for cash for greens as at a guess I thought this would be the quickest way of getting them but having a site aswell to grab some extras for free.

It takes months for some people, but if you know what you're doing you could probably start getting a decent amount in a few weeks

If you haven't signed up to any other freebie sub site on Kudos or FreebieJeebies I would suggest checking out the conga section (FreebieJeebies here and Kudosnetwork here) for a quick way to get 2 greens.

Another great way to get referrals is by making a website. With a high ranking, good looking website you'll be bringing in the greens daily

. Another great method is to start up a Blog and YouTube channel.

Also, take a look 'round the how to get greens section. A really helpful section with lots of great tips.

Thanks for the info, will have to get a site live pretty soon then! Will sign up for the sub sites as well. Shame about giveaway network not being around anymore, will have to find a few alternatives, freebiejeebies looks pretty good from first appearances.

If you read at the top of the page under notices it says no referral links allowed in posts.
